Privacy
How Pest Control Sheets handles information used by the current website. Reviewed September 10, 2026.
Responsible party and contact
Pest Control Sheets operates this workbook library under its public brand. Privacy questions and requests can be sent through the contact form. Messages are handled through the private WordPress inbox described below.
Information submitted through the form
The form collects a required name, email address, subject and message so the site operator can understand and, where possible, reply to a question, correction or suggestion. If these fields are not provided, the message cannot be stored. Do not send customer files, pesticide application records, payment information, government identifiers or other unnecessary personal data.
After server-side validation, the message is stored as a private record in this website’s WordPress administration area. It is excluded from the public library, search, REST output and sitemaps. No newsletter, advertising profile or automated decision is created from the message.
Security and abuse prevention
The form uses a security token, hidden anti-spam field and rate limit. For rate limiting, the visitor’s IP address is transformed with a site-only key into a non-readable identifier that expires after one hour. The form does not attach the raw IP address to the stored message. Hosting systems may keep access and security logs for protection and diagnosis under their own operational retention.
Where information is processed
The website and its private message records are hosted on the site’s server in Canada. Administrative access is restricted. The form does not automatically forward messages to Telegram, an external mailing list or an advertising platform.
Retention and requests
Validation-error values are held temporarily for up to 15 minutes. Rate-limit identifiers expire after one hour. Accepted messages may remain in the private inbox until they are reviewed and removed when no longer needed for the request, correction history, security or applicable obligations. Infrastructure backups follow the hosting service’s operational lifecycle. You may use Contact to request access, correction or deletion, subject to identity checks and obligations that apply to the operator.
Cookies, minors and changes
The public library is not directed at children and does not request age data. Current browser-storage details are in Cookies. Material changes to site features require this notice to be reviewed and dated again.
